Good evening,
I've finally finished these blokes.
Took me a surprisingly long time, and even so, the results aren't as, well, spectacular, as I had hoped. Still, they're table ready, which I am happy about. Now to work on these...
A mix of Mantic and Milton Bradley (Hero Quest) mummies.
That dark one in the middle (actually, front of the second troop) I tested with Cabot's wood stain, a long, long time ago.

Writing About My Daytrip To Wellington
Good evening,
I thought my may find this interesting. Not my writing (I'm using this as a model for my class to follow), but the vid of an excellent display (poor quality from my old phone, yet highly informative) from The Gallipoli exhibition at Te Papa, and the news clip (YouTube) and my photos of the awesome display at the Great War exhibition at the War Memorial. Mark O painted some of those minis!
I highly, highly recommend them both.
